Drive-Thru Food Bank Hours
Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 3:00pm
PLEASE NOTE: The Care Centre will be closed on Good Friday (April 7th) and Easter Monday (April 10th). We will reopen on Tuesday April 11th at 10:00 am. Should you require immediate food assistance while we are closed, please contact 2-1-1 to obtain information about alternative food support services.
Guests arriving by car should follow the orange pylons and stop at the black Care Centre Ottawa canopy. Guests arriving by bus (route #89) or on foot should line up along the black fence and maintain a 6-foot distance from other guests. A Care Team member will come outside to assist you!

What's New?
The Care Centre was recently awarded a grant from
Ottawa Community Foundation
Thank you to the Ottawa Community Foundation for their recent grant to the Care Centre. Over the past year we have seen dramatic increase in the need for our food support services. This grant will be used to enhance our drive-thru and Care Box deliveries as we adapt to meet the needs of those in our community. Specifically, some of the funding will be used to purchase items that help meet the needs of folks with dietary restrictions (i.e. lactose/gluten intolerance, low sodium, low sugar, etc.).
The Ottawa Community Foundation is a public, non-profit organization created by and for the people of Ottawa. It connects donors who care with causes that matter and serves as a trusted resource for addressing issues and leveraging opportunities in the community.
